They say that lightning never strikes the same place twice, but for Zach Jacobs, that just isn’t true. It’s hard enough being seventeen– juggling school, football, friends, and teenage romance– but Zach’s about to find out just how complicated it can get when he begins to suspect that maybe he was the lightning.
Teenage woes hardly seem significant when you’ve got lightning shooting from your fingertips and a couple of murderous Titans trying to settle an ancient score.
Right now, Olympia Heights is rebooting as a comic. After it runs online, the comic will be available for Kindle Fire, iBooks, and in print. Check out the weekly pages and sign up to receive email alerts here.

Most teenagers just think they're immortal. Six months ago fourteen students at Olympia Heights Senior High found out that they really are. Now summer vacation has begun and everyone has far too much free time on their hands.
Hormones, tempers, and the temptation of godly power get stirred up by a suspicious new gossip blog about their little slice of the Miami Dade County. Soon this blog, called Discordia, has the members of The Pantheon pitted against each other. Impulsive teenagers with ancient abilities make for a lot of collateral damage.
For the members of the Pantheon, it's becoming harder to keep a low profile. Two years of battling Titans is finally beginning to take its toll. The rising body count has not gone unnoticed, and watchful eyes threaten the safety of Devon and Frank’s new child.
When Olympia Heights Senior High goes on a class trip to Athens, The Pantheon is divided by six thousand miles of ocean. For The Olympians, the trip is plagued by teenage shenanigans, foreign serial killers, and hidden portals to the worlds of the gods.
The third installment of the Olympia Heights series ends with a shocking turn of events that will leave you wondering, “Wait… can they really die?”
Five months ago, Zach Jacobs received a postcard from his oldest enemy. Now, Kronos’s arrival in Olympia Heights is having deadly consequences. College plans are derailed as The Pantheon switches into survival mode, and an old ally is pulled back into the fray by tragedy. As Kronos’ return threatens the very heart of humanity, the Olympians are faced with a choice: to surrender to his will or to leave their mortal lives behind. The stakes are high when anyone could be a servant of the enemy.
The final chapter of the Olympia Heights saga promises death, danger, and the answer to the most important questions of all. What caused the Olympians to be locked away all those years ago? And can they be trusted with humanity now?
The Olympia Heights series is enjoyable to both aficionados of classical mythology and those who only have a vague familiarity with the tales. Olympia Heights is Young Adult and recommended for readers 13 and up.
A page-turner. The action is realistic and believable, and the danger becomes more and more personal and important as you turn each page.
Getting deeper into characters! This book dives quite a bit deeper into each character, giving them more depth and the reader more insight into the story.
There has to be another series!! There just had to be!!!! If there isn't I may just die!!
A powerful and impactful ending. This story is definitely an incredible story that I hope inspires more people to enter to the fantastic world of classical mythology.
